Code of Conduct

This can all be summed up in “The Golden Rule.”

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, family members, and volunteers at our show are required to agree with and follow the Code of Conduct.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, and religion. We do not tolerate harassment or intimidation of show participants, staff, or judges, in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for this venue.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the show organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the show with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the show staff immediately. Show staff will be happy to help participants contact security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.

We expect participants to follow all these rules at the show and show related social events.

If you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the show staff at the registration desk.
